INTRODUCTION
The L.E.D 7 Mission is a leadership, evangelism and discipleship training and outreach program designed to equip the Church to win souls, make disciples and raise evangelism leaders for Christ.
This initiative is carried out in collaboration with local Churches and the ultimate aim is to win and disciple families in their local communities so that they will become followers of Christ and active members of the local Church.
The program uses the cell system which encourages friendship between trained teams and their new converts and also creates a platform for discipleship, mentoring and caring of new believers. Souls that are saved are brought to Church and placed in cells of seven people, to be trained, nurtured and equipped to become house to house evangelists.
The L.E.D 7 program ( Leadership, evangelism and discipleship of seven people) operates through the cell system where new converts are spiritually nourished and cared for by trained teams with the hope of becoming strong vibrant and active members of the Church.

Evangelism training in progress
The Strategy
Churches are equipped and released into their neighborhood to share their faith, pray for the sick and build relationships with members of their communities. This initiative gives Churches the opportunity to be personally involved with members of their local communities and also helps trained team members of the Church to nurture and exercise their gifts and callings and grow spiritually.
Trained teams pray and fast for their assigned areas as they move in to reach families with the word and love of God. An accountability and feedback system is in place to maintain continuity.
Trained teams launching out into the community to win souls after evangelism seminar.
The structure
The LED7 program is designed to help Churches organise their outreach department for maximum impact in the community. Without a fully functioning and trained evangelism department the Church will find it extremely difficult to win their local community.
A fully functioning and organised evangelism team created after training.
Structures to be set up:
Accountability and monitoring system; Discipleship programme; Follow up system; Prayer programme; Departmental roles and functions; Fund raising system; Governing rules and departmental meetings will all be put in place.
Feed back forms for accountability and continuity are filled and submitted by team members to team leaders to monitor progress of all evangelism and follow up activities.
